EXPECT SHIPPING DELAYS 

Due to COVID-19, carriers (USPS & UPS) are experiencing increased delivery times + lags on tracking. If your order hasn’t moved in over a few days or is late, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly for an update. Unfortunately, we will be unable to issue you a refund for the shipping fee.

 

COVID-19 Shipping Delays

While we are as committed as ever to being a part of a healthy lifestyle, we also understand that we are in unprecedented times. We are doing our best to maintain our shipping schedules, but we anticipate there may be delays in order processing and shipping.  Due to COVID-19 safety precautions in our warehouse, orders may take 7 to 10 days to receive.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5 business days or sooner depending on the volume of orders.

Elite Dezigners Clozet processes all orders using the United States Postal Service USPS & UPS.

 

  Priority /Free Shipping orders are processed within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on the weekends, holidays will be processed the next business day.

 Address Verification

Due to cardholder security all orders must be shipped to the credit card billing address, we do not ship to alternate addresses  for (examples include: gift for someone, friend, or work). The billing and shipping address must be the same to avoid cancellation.


ALL ORDERS WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE AT TIME OF  DELIVERY


To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Elite Dezigners Clozet you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

 Priority and  Free Shipping is 7 to 10 Business Days

If within the continental US, your order should be received within 7 to 10  business days.  Once your order has left our store, we will then send out an email to you with your tracking info.  Please allow 24 hours after the item has left, to track your package online with USPS.

 

Overnight & Express Shipping time-frame is 1 to 3 business days


If your order is placed Monday – Thursday by 10 AM EST, your order will be shipped the same day.  You can expect to receive your item the next day; unless you live in a 2- day area.(Contact your local UPS to check your area).

Overnight and Express can not be shipped to P.O Box address.

Orders received after 10am Est and Friday through Sunday will ship our next business day.
